Our boxfit class is coached by a professional boxer and blends authentic boxing techniques, functional strength training, and high-intensity cardio. Expect a full-body workout that improves fitness, burns fat, builds confidence, sharpens coordination, and relieves stress — all in a fun, motivating environment for every level.
